Holiday Rentals Non-package tourists know ECO as an agent for renting old farm houses (called Fincas), new villas, chalets and apartments. Off-season rentals are very affordable in deed, while rentals in the peak months of July and August have to be booked well ahead and cost about three times as much then. Generally ECO functions as the owners agent, therefore no charge will be made to you. Renting prices include electricity, water, periodically cleaning and gardening. Extra cleaning and cooking can be arranged through us. ECO offers assistance to your travel arrangements. Airport pick-up is free of charge if required. Previous shopping to fill the fridge and bar can be arranged whenever you let us know your prefs. Private Rooms Singles, couples and people with smaller budgets have the possibility to live-in with (mostly foreign) residents in single, double rooms or specially created apartments or annexes.
