Office Services
CDs can be burned at € 3,00/CD (incl. the CD) and scanning a document costs the same rate as internet use.
One can also rent a computer to realize word processing, spreadsheet or data base or graphic work or hire one of ECO’s staff to do it for you at reasonable rates. If requested they will also do translation from many into many languages.
Prints up to A4 size can be made on an inkjet printer for € 0,20 p/p in b/w and € 1,20 p/p for colour prints (discounts available on request).
We have a fast A3+ Colour Laser Printer for high volume output in state of the art quality. Prices on request.
A copymachine can enlarge/reduce copies of your documents up to A3 at very reasonable prices (recycled paper available).
Computer Lessons
As a modern service company we are eager to maintain links to our long time clients and simultanously create our future clientel who may not bee so much aquainted YET with the possibilities the computer age can bring to its users. Therefore individual classes for the future user are available at very reasonable charge. Please contact ECO to get your teacher of your needs.
Communication
Another of our apreciated service offer is the retrieval of any data from the World Wide Web for our clients: whether it is to book a hotel room or reserve a car, purchase a book in a foreign language or participate in an auction for a car or airplane: we at ECO will find the info you were looking for and guide you until you have reached the point which you wanted.
Telephone and Fax Messages
Four individual and centralized telephone lines with 10 outlets plus separate fax line, all seperately metered, handle voice based and fax communication needed by its clientele.
Since early years ECO gives large discounts on international telephone calls, specially to the EU countries, the Americas and middle and far East.

Answering machines handle all incoming calls during the rest of the day and night.
Service Subscriptions
ECO's Message Service plays an important part: either you subscribe to a monthly service for € 30.00 as a full client, with all incoming messages, faxes, letters, parcels free of charge. Or, if just hanging out for a limited time, you’ll pay for incoming messages € 1.20 and any piece of regular mail € 0.15 - Calls can be received as well (free for the client, € 1.20- for non-clients) which plays an important part of daily business because telephone rates in Spain are among the highest in the world!
Last not least ECO’s staff will make calls or write a fax for you whenever you want to communicate in a language you are not able to speak and/or write like German, French, English and, of course Spanish.
Internet and E-Mail
In 1995 the first Internet access was created and has since then been continuously updated for the growing needs: now ADSL with a capacity to handle data at a rate 2mb/sec. 24 hrs/day seems to be the right choice for us.
Since 1999 the hardware has been installed within a garden office area and mainly in the ACT PATIO, a 200 sqm partially coverd garden space in the rear of ECO’s premises. Please refer for details to ACT (AgriCulTurism) in a different category below.
ECO offers internet access with some Macs and Unix PCs, at the rate of € 3,60 per hour or € 2,40 per 30 minutes or € 1,20 as a minimum rate for up to 15 minutes. A 24 hour prepaid voucher can be purchased at € 72,00 for the marathon surfer. If you bring your own notebook, WiFi access is free of charge.
