Reformed Farmhouse in the Hills Near San Juan

This reformed farmhouse, in the hills near San Juan, with fantastic sea views (sunset), is one of the most authentic and comfortable homes one can imagine:

Main house with 3 double bedrooms, 2 baths, Entrada, kitchen, chimney room and TV room. Many patios, balconies and large terraces surround the building which is embedded in very well kept gardens.

An annex is situated next to the main house with a large salon cum kitchen, a double bedroom, a study with a large sofa-bed and a single bed in the dressing room, next to the large bathroom. Also this unit has got a covered patio and a large terrace.

A second annex lies close to the backside of the house with a bedroom-living room plus small kitchen and a bathroom. Also this unit has it's own covered terrace.

Between the main house and the pool a new building of about 70 m² has been built. The style of materials, furniture and decoration of the whole estate is very harmoniously combined and reflects the typical, ibizencan way of life.

The swimming pool is lying 20 meters from the main house and is of 50 m² of size. Gazebo of 40 m². Plot size is 41.000 m²- 10 guests are welcome on the premises.

The price includes cleaning 3 times a week for 4 hours each. Additional cleaning can be contracted, as well as a cook.
