General Renting Conditions and Explanation All rented objects are private properties available for private use only during the period of time mentioned. ECO as the owners agent has been entitled to disseminate full detailed information of these renting objects, to cash the rental fees, security and telephone deposits without any legal responsibility regarding this rental. ALL RENTAL FEES INCLUDE: WATER ELECTRICITY GARDENING POOL SERVICE LINEN (CHANGE 1 X PER WEEK) INITIAL & FINAL CLEANING WEEKLY/DAILY CLEANING ON SPECIAL REQUEST. EXTRAS like cooking, babysitting, driving, messenger service, extra cleaning are available and will be charged apart from the rental fee. CAR RENTAL with a considerable discount is possible through ECO by reserving at least one month prior to your arrival. To ensure your reservation you have to pay 40% of the total renting fee not later than 48 hours after accepting the rental proposal choosing one of the following modes: 1. Sending a bank confirmed check in any negotiable currency by speed post or messenger to ECO's address. Payable to ECO, or to Mr. Daniel Spiegel 2. Effecting a money transfer order by SWIFT to Daniel Spiegel BANCO CAM SAN JUAN - IBIZA Account ES09 2090 6414 3900 40012382 SWIFT CAAMES2A 3. Sending a telegraphic postal money order to Mr. Daniel Spiegel at ECO's address. The rest of the rental fee is due in cash or by credit card when receiving the key of the location. The security deposit can be paid in any negotiable currency or by blocking your credit card. This will be returned to you at the moment of handing over the property in the same condition as at the start of the rental period. |
